This notice is to inform the general public especially, Jamb UTME candidates that filled the Federal University Otuoke as their first choice that, the portal for processing your online application is now open and functional.
First of all, you will be needing a PIN to enable you process your application, which will cost you Two Thousand Naira (N2,000) only. I will be glad to give you full guide on how you can buy the PIN and processing your application all online within few minutes from your personal computer (PC).
Please make sure to carefully follow all the instructions that are given below in order to get a successful message at the end of this post.
How to Buy PIN for FUOtuoke Post UTME Application
1. Open your browser and visit http://ecampus.fuotuoke.edu.ng
2. Click on the APPLICATION button at the navigation bar
3. Right on the Online Applications page, click on FULL-TIME under PROGRAMME
4. Now click on Buy PIN to purchase a PIN if you don’t have already.
(candidates who has already purchased a PIN, can type in the PIN into the box provided then click on Start Application to fill out the application)
5. After clicking on Buy PIN you will be provided with a short form to fill on,
Name (use Full name used for your Jamb UTME)
Email (use your most used email address)
Phone (enter your mobile phone number)
6. Now click on PAY USING REMITA, wait for some seconds for you will be redirected to another page where you will have a unique Order ID, RRR number.
7. Select your preferred method of payment from the Select Payment Type drop-box (Verve Card, Visa, MasterCard) and click on the Next button.
8. You will be redirected to a Remita Biller page where you will need to fill a form with regarding to your selected payment type with your Card (whether Vervecard, Visa, MasterCard) and then click SUBMIT button to make the payment.
9. Finally, you will get a successfully transaction message, then be redirected to a Transaction Success page where you will get to see your PIN (it will also be sent to your mail box).
How to Process FUOtuoke Post UTME Application
1. Open your browser and visit http://ecampus.fuotuoke.edu.ng
2. Click on the APPLICATION button at the navigation bar
3. Right on the Online Applications page, click on FULL-TIME under PROGRAMME
4. Now type in your PIN into where the PIN is required and click on Start Application to proceed.
5. Once you are on the Application Form page, you will be required to enter your Jamb Registration Number, Email and Phone number under the COURSE Tab then click on the SEARCH to find your details. Within seconds your Jamb UTME Result details will be displayed, click on the NEXT button to proceed.
6. You will be navigated to the PASSPORT Tab which you will be required to upload a Passport for your application form (please select a fine passport, because it is not changeable once uploaded).
7. Click on the Click to Upload text link, it will pop-out an Upload your file window, click on the Choose file button and locate and select your passport photo and then click on Upload button now.
NB: All Upload MUST be JPG Format (116x132 pixels) and not to exceed 15KB of size.
8. After you have gotten a successful upload message from the Passport window, click on NEXT to navigate to DOCUMENTS Tab where you be uploading your O’ Level, Birth Certificate/Age Declaration and Local Government Area (LGA) Identification Letter, now click on NEXT button.
NB: All documents MUST be uploaded in PDF Format ONLY.
9. You should be on the BIODATA tab now, fill in every box that is application to you and when you are through filling the form click on NEXT button.
10. Now that you are right at the O’ LEVEL Tab. Get your original Result Certificate, and fill in all that is required of you. (also fill the Second Seating option, only if you sat for a second exam respectively) and now click on the PREVIEW once you are done filling the form above.
11. Take a very serious at the contents on the page to cross check if you have fill the application form correctly or you might have made one mistake or another. (in case you need to correct any mistake, use the BACK button) till you get to that particular page you need correction on, but If all seems good with you, then click on the SUBMIT button, and you will be shown your Screening Schedule Slip immediately.
12. Click on PRINT to get your Screening Schedule Slip printed for you.
PRINT NOTE: Choose your page size as A4 and Scale it to 86% (percent) from the print window before printing to have a one-page Screening Schedule Slip.
